Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various areas such as clinical care, healthcare operations, digital health, and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
