Music executive, Teebillz, has said that open-minded parenting encourages children to explore different experiences and discover their own truths. The father of four stated this in an Instagram post on Sunday when he welcomed his 18-year-old daughter's boyfriend, Kobe, into his home with open arms.  I'm very proud to welcome my daughter's boyfriend to my home at 18 than caging her to be rebellious....
