Account Manager
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention while collaborating with internal teams to align client goals with strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for all client communication, providing a high-touch experience Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor Monitor account financial health and identify opportunities for account expansion to drive additional value for clients Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in high-level account management or client services within a digital agency environment High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to manage complex human dynamics and build trust with senior-level executives Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, focusing on storytelling the value of the agency's work Understanding of agency economics, including retention metrics and account growth Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
