This Porsche Thinks Pavement Is For People Who Bought The Wrong Suv
- The Cayenne’s V8 has been upgraded with new turbos to deliver 650 hp.
- A widebody kit adds 8 inches to the width and houses new wheels.
- New LED driving lights, a roof rack, and upgraded bumpers are also included.
We suspect the vast majority of Porsche Cayenne owners never venture off perfectly paved roads, but for those who do, EuroWise is here to assist them. This is the Cayenne Ultra EVO, and it’s the closest thing you can buy to a Cayenne prepped for the Dakar Rally.
Brought to life by EuroWise’s Cayenne Ultra program, the Ultra EVO leaves no stone unturned in morphing the Porsche into a proper off-roader. Things start with the engine, where the V8 is upgraded with new turbochargers, a front-mounted intercooler, a performance exhaust, and an ECU and TCU tune. The result is an impressive 650 hp and 750 lb-ft (1,017 Nm), but it’s not the engine upgrades that are the build’s highlight.

The company has crafted a special carbon fiber widebody kit for the Cayenne, which increases its width by eight inches. The kit includes flared front and rear wheel arches that add to the rally-inspired look and help accommodate the new off-road wheels and tires. The wheel arches at the rear are particularly interesting as they sit over the door handles, so you actually have to reach inside them to open the doors.
Ready For Baja
Complementing the new arches are revised front and rear bumpers with painted brush bars. There are also new LED driving lights on the front grille, a skid plate, and a roof rack with more off-road lights. Positioned on the tailgate is a spare wheel carrier and a dual-tip exhaust that exits from the sides of the bumper.
According to EuroWise, the Ultra EVO rocks new long-travel suspension with new dampers to ensure it’s right at home climbing over rocks or speeding over sand dunes. There’s no word on how much higher it sits than a standard model, but it looks to be at least six inches taller.
The company also offers several interior upgrades, including new ambient lighting, onboard Wi-Fi, off-road recovery systems, and new upholstery.
