New Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator Rockslide Brings Back Blue Jean Interior

Fans of those mid-1970s Jeep CJs with the denim interiors get to enjoy a flashback with the brand’s newest special edition offering the 2026 Wrangler Rockslide edition, which features a Jean Blue interior.

To be clear, those Levi’s Edition CJs from the ’70s had real denim upholstery from Levi’s whereas the newest Twelve 4 Twelve special edition Wrangler and Gladiator simply features a “Jean Blue” interior that evokes the feeling of jeans in a medium blue hue.

The new Rockslide package is the fifth offering in the Twelve 4 Twelve series of special editions, and it’s available on the Sahara and Rubicon trims of the Wrangler. The blue theme isn’t just for the interior seats as Blue Agave and Indigo Blue join Jean Blue in adding a layered feel to the monochromatic feel of both vehicles.

On the exterior, buyers get an Anvil body-color roof and matching grille surround, plus Blue Agave side stripes, hood side decals and a classic “4 Wheel Drive” graphic.

When you move inside, an Indigo Blue instrument panel surround takes center stage. The center console and door armrest accents stand out with contrasting silver stitching throughout, original Jean Blue cloth seats and unique Rockslide signature details, including a swing gate plaque, officials noted.

“The Jeep Rockslide amps up what Wrangler and Gladiator owners demand, unstoppable capability, and pairs it with the personal expression they love,” said Jeep Brand CEO Bob Broderdorf in a release.

“Rooted in the strengths of Sahara and Rubicon, Rockslide takes factory customization even further while staying true to the Jeep brand's core DNA. And blue continues to stand out as a color that reflects our heritage, individuality and the strong emotional connection our community has with their off-road vehicles.”

The Rockslide is more than just a pretty color palate because it’s teamed with Sahara and Rubicon packages, which include tinted windows, a Gorilla Glass windshield, heated mirrors, automatic headlamps, body color fender flares, plus technology like adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and advanced braking.

The Rockslide package will add $695 to the final invoice, and buyers can begin adding it to their Jeep of choice in April.
